Polish tax and ZUS calculators in English
TakiTax is a set of free calculators for people who work or run a business in Poland: sole traders (JDG) choosing between ryczałt, the flat tax and the tax scale, B2B contractors comparing their invoice with a job offer, and employees checking their net pay on an employment contract. Every tool uses Polish rules for 2026; 2027 figures are marked as drafts or forecasts until the laws are published.
What you can calculate
- JDG tax forms – net profit on ryczałt, 19% flat tax and the tax scale, with ZUS and health contributions.
- ZUS contributions – start relief, preferential ZUS, Mały ZUS Plus and full ZUS, plus the health contribution.
- Employment contract – gross to net salary, and the total cost for the employer.
- B2B vs employment – the same employer budget as a salary or as a B2B invoice.
- Car leasing and compound interest – everyday financial decisions.
Terms such as ryczałt, ZUS or JDG are kept in Polish because that is how they appear in Polish forms and offices. Results are estimates, not tax advice.
